Throughout a project our clients are kept informed of the projects progress. Testing is performed proving that all functionality of the hydraulic systems meets all standards, requirements and specification.

HCE offers an engineering consulting service in all sectors of our industry and assist companies as an advisory consultant for on-site and off-site projects.
HCE has over four decades of experience in projecting and have assisted from start-up, installation to on-site hot and cold commissioning.
HCE covers instruction manuals, data books, QCP’s, certifications, as well as on site or off-site training relating to projects. HCE has experience with the development and manufacture of RND projects, and have registered patents of our own. HCE therefor have a fundamental understanding of the inner and outer workings of a project.

Ponar Wadowice S.A is the largest Polish producer and the leaders in the production of oil hydraulic components and systems, and have 6 decades of experience in the industry. Ponar valves are interchangeable with Bosch Rexroth valves and are very well priced in the market and delivers the exact same quality and performance. HCE can attest to both quality, performance and endurance as all the hydraulic systems built at HCE are fitted with Ponar valves. HCE are the sole agents in SA for Ponar.
HCE design and manufacture manifold blocks to American, European and Asian specifications.
HCE have the ability to manufacture manifold blocks to fit Sun cartridges.
All hydraulic systems designed and manufactured by HCE are mostly populated with Ponar valves and Fluid App components.
Fluid-App is a company with two decades of experience in the design and manufacture of hydraulic valves and component which are used for many applications: from the agricultural to the earth-moving sector, from building to ecology, from transport to industrial vehicles. Fluid App’s production plant is situated in Reggio Emilia in the heart of Italy hydraulic territory.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
HCE first produced cylinders in 1997 with technology that was brought over from Italy. HCE are able to manufacture all types of cylinders for any specific application and can advise on solutions in regard to design and application.
HCE designed, registered and trademarked our own agricultural cylinder called the “Harvesta”.
In 2009 HCE designed, developed and patented the Electro hydraulic actuator. Originally designed for the mining sector to facilitate the ease of operation of underground door systems.
In 2019 HCE built the largest pneumatic cylinders is SA, 2250mm stroke, 450mm bore, weighing 832kg and to date have manufactured 22 of these cylinders.
INDUSTRIAL TELEMATICS & CONTROL PANELS
HCE can assist in the integration of electronics on systems. Industrial Telematics is the future and gives us the ability to view, control and access data remotely.
HCE supply electrical panels either standalone or the panels are accompanied by hydraulic systems. The systems are tested before delivery to ensure that the basic functionality is working. On site installation and commissioning can be arranged if required. USB ports can be installed with speakers. Training videos are uploaded to the units with sound feedback and basic fault-finding instructions.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
Every year HCE embarks on providing maintenance services within our industrial sectors. This service is usually performed during annual shutdowns. An onsite evaluation of the system will be done two to three months prior to shut down. A report will be submitted regarding the maintenance, keeping in mind the specific concerns of the client.
General maintenance:
Revamp of pumps or replacement of pumps and electric motors
Inspection of valves and replacement of seals
Filtering of oil
Checking tanks for debris
Cylinder repair or replacement
Fitment of new accumulators
Repairing of leaks and the replacement of piping
General cleaning of equipment
